Through our Executive Director, God brought about relationships that led to meeting the homeowner rather than us seeking out this particular home. The price was reduced by $15,000 from the original price before we even looked at it. AND we didn’t have to pay any realtor fees. It was as if God was saying, “Here is the house I have been preparing for you.” Where we see God moving, we are required to follow.
